We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, waitlist request, sign-in email, idea briefs, experiment inputs, support messages, and other details you choose to share with Moshpit Labs.

During a validation run, we may process experiment plans, landing page copy, audience notes, evidence records, conversion events, verdict notes, and operational logs needed to run and evaluate the experiment.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store raw card numbers or full payment credentials on Moshpit Labs systems.

We may receive payment metadata such as customer email, transaction identifiers, payment status, refund status, invoice references, and related billing details needed to provide support, reconcile payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal or payment obligations.

If you connect or authorize third-party services, we may process the account metadata, configuration, provider status, and limited operational data needed to run the approved validation workflow.

Connected services may include hosting, analytics, payment, advertising, communication, database, email, AI model, or workflow providers. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use information to operate the private beta, provide validation runs, process payments and refunds, send service messages, secure the workspace, debug issues, improve product quality, and respond to support requests.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified learnings to improve Moshpit Labs, provided they do not identify a founder, customer, or confidential business idea.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Moshpit Labs, process payments, host the app, store data, send email, run approved experiment workflows, analyze usage, detect abuse, or provide support.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, payment network rules, dispute processes, security investigations, or to protect Moshpit Labs, our users, or the public.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit and payment records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and preserve the evidence trail for validation runs.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support@moshpit.in. Some records may need to be retained where required for billing, tax, compliance, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls and protected storage for sensitive integration data.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You should avoid sending unnecessary secrets or sensitive personal data through idea briefs, support messages, or experiment content.

Moshpit Labs and its service providers may process and store information in India and other countries where our providers operate.

By using Moshpit Labs, you understand that your information may be processed outside your state, province, or country of residence.
