What Moshpit provides

Moshpit is a private beta validation service for founders. We help test whether a product idea has real market demand before the founder commits to building the product.

A validation run may include research, experiment planning, landing pages, ad or outreach assets, payment links, analytics setup, monitoring, evidence capture, and a verdict memo. The exact scope is agreed before the run starts.

Founder approvals and decision ownership

The founder remains responsible for the idea, audience choice, public promise, budget cap, launch approval, material changes, and final continue, pivot, or kill decision.

Moshpit may recommend actions and prepare assets, but we do not guarantee market demand, revenue, customer acquisition, funding, or any specific business result.

Payments and third-party costs

Moshpit's own charges — your subscription and any service fees — are billed and processed through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.

Some experiments use third-party accounts owned or approved by the founder, such as ad platforms, hosting, analytics, email, or payment services (for example, the founder's own Stripe account for an experiment's customer checkout). Those providers may charge separately and their own terms apply; they are distinct from Moshpit's own billing.

Experiment pages and customer payments

If an experiment collects a pre-order, deposit, demo booking, or other customer payment, the experiment page or checkout flow should state the offer, price, delivery expectation, and refund terms for that specific experiment.

Moshpit helps prepare and monitor those flows, but the founder remains responsible for the offer and for honoring customer commitments made through the experiment.

Acceptable use

You may not use Moshpit to test, promote, or sell unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or restricted products or services. You must not submit secrets, credentials, or personal data that you do not have permission to use.

We may refuse or stop work where a proposed run creates unacceptable legal, payment, privacy, platform, or customer-trust risk.

Cancellations, refunds, and delivery

Moshpit service fees are refundable only before kickoff, unless a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred or a paid service was not delivered. The full refund process is described in the Refund Policy.

Moshpit delivers digital services and digital artifacts through the app, email, shared documents, or connected workspaces. There is no physical shipping.

Support and disputes

For support, cancellations, refunds, billing questions, or disputes, contact support@moshpit.in. Include the email used for purchase, the transaction or invoice reference if available, and a short description of the issue.

We aim to review support and dispute requests promptly and may ask for additional information needed to verify the transaction or service history.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Moshpit moves through private beta. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

Continuing to use Moshpit after an update means you accept the updated terms for future use and future purchases.
