Refund Policy

This policy explains when Moshpit Labs service fees can be refunded, how cancellations work, how third-party spend is treated, and how digital delivery works.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to Moshpit Labs service fees, deposits, and validation-run payments made to Moshpit Labs.

If a specific experiment page or checkout flow offers a customer pre-order, deposit, or other paid commitment, that experiment should show its own refund terms at the point of purchase.

Refund eligibility

Moshpit Labs service fees are refundable only if you cancel in writing before kickoff. Kickoff means research, planning, artifact creation, spend setup, integration setup, or other paid validation work has started, whichever happens first.

After kickoff, Moshpit Labs service fees are non-refundable except where there is a duplicate charge, an erroneous charge, or a paid service that Moshpit Labs agreed to deliver but did not deliver.

Third-party spend

Approved or consumed third-party spend is not refunded by Moshpit Labs. This includes ad spend, hosting charges, analytics tools, payment provider fees, software subscriptions, taxes, and other provider costs charged by third-party services.

Any refund from a third-party provider is governed by that provider's own policy and account terms.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@moshpit.in with the subject "Refund request" or "Cancellation request". Include the email used for purchase, the transaction or invoice reference if available, and the reason for the request.

We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction, payment status, scope status, or service history before approving or rejecting the request.

Processing timeline

We aim to acknowledge refund or cancellation requests within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7-10 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Delivery policy

Moshpit Labs provides digital services and digital artifacts only. Delivery may happen through the Moshpit Labs app, email, shared documents, connected accounts, or a private workspace.

There is no physical shipping, no physical return process, and no shipping fee for Moshpit Labs services. Timelines for digital delivery are agreed in the validation-run scope before kickoff.

Failed, duplicate, or disputed payments

If you believe a payment failed incorrectly, was duplicated, or was charged in error, contact support@moshpit.in as soon as possible with the payment reference and details of the issue.

We will review the payment record and coordinate with the payment provider where needed.
